A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Do guests need to install an app?

The customer menu opens in a phone browser after scanning the table QR. No dedicated customer app is required.

Can we use phones in the kitchen?

The staff and kitchen interfaces are designed for phones, with layouts that also work on laptops. Printer support is planned separately.

Does a payment report automatically mark a bill paid?

No. The customer reports their payment, and authorised staff check the actual bank or UPI receipt before confirming it.

Can guests place another order at the same table?

Yes, the intended flow adds orders to one running bill for the current table visit. Staff close the settled visit before the next guests begin.

Can I change my menu and prices?

The owner setup includes menu entry, editing, sold-out controls, CSV import preview and menu archiving. Existing order prices must retain their original snapshots.

When does my subscription start?

The current subscription flow starts on super admin approval of payment. Renewals extend from the later of approval time or the previous expiry. Final service terms will be shown before sale.

Is V2 available to use today?

V2 is in development. Multi-restaurant ordering integration, isolated database testing and rollout checks must be completed before new restaurants can launch. The existing AB’S BOWLZZ service remains separate.
